In 1998 the X 331 model was introduced.

Clover again was selected to manufacture the model, but now scale 1/50 was selected.

The X 331 scale model featured operational cylinders, 360° rotation and rubber tracks.

Although the X 331 was small in size, it was verry detailed.
Inside the operator canopy the operator seat, joystick handles and steering levers where present.

On the engine hood the Melroe bobcat, Ingersoll-Rand logo was present, only to be replaced a few years later.
