This is my father doing a front wheel wheely with the first generation 753 skid steer loader in 1990.

The operator only had one broken rib thanks to the ROPS and FOBS cab.

This was taken at a local event in Belgium, the stunt was later repeated in the popular TV show Wedden Dat (You Bet)

The goal was to balance the 843 Bobcat skid steer loader on the front wheels, while two mechanics changed the rear tires from sides.

All this had to be finished in 2.30 Min.

ANNECDOTE: The operator Andre' Vanrobaeys is a Belgian landscaper that drives his loader often on the front wheels to get in tight spaces.

I guess the Bobcat Company has a good sense of humour (and I hope the competition does to)
These pictures where taken in the backyard at the Bobcat Gwinner, North Dakota plant.

This setup was made to commemorate the introduction of the 50-Series in 1990,
The campaign motto was "A DECADE AHEAD"
This reflected on the fact that the Bobcat skid steer loaders where 10 years ahead on the competion.
