In July of 1999 the chrome plated M 200 was born.
Like the 24 - Carat gold plated 763 and M 200 set, the chrome
plated M 200 was produced to mark the 40th anniversary of
the bobcat skid steer loader.
The 40th anniversary chrome plated M 200 featured:

The chrome plated M 200 scale model had all the original
parts and decals.

This limited edition M 200 was produced by Clover and scaled
down to 1/25.
Scheduled release was first set for March 23 at the Conexpo
fair in Las Vegas, Nevada, due to production delay the Chrome
plated M 200 first appeared a few moths later in July.
